Real Questions People Actually Ask
What is Burnout Your Burnout about?
It’s a mythic recovery journey for people who’ve outgrown burnout culture. It blends story, humor, and truth to help readers rebuild after over-performance. It’s not a path toward higher productivity, it’s a choice to live like a human again.
Is this another self-help book?
No. It’s anti-self-help by design. Most books tell you how to optimize your life; this one helps you feel it again. It’s written for people who are already strong. It’s written for those who are over it. Over giving themselves to exhaustion.
How can I read the first chapter?
You can read Chapter One for free by joining the Early Reader Crew. Once you enter your email, you’ll get instant access to “I’m Fine,” the opening chapter. Check it out and get a feel for the whole tone of the book.
How can I support your work or join early readers?
The best way to support the project is to pre-order your copy of Burnout Your Burnout on Amazon. You can also subscribe on Substack or join the Early Reader Crew. Every reader that joins helps sustain independent writing and keeps the Burnout Your Burnout movement alive outside of corporate publishing.
When is the book coming out?
The book is currently in its final production stages and preparing for launch. Early readers will receive updates first when preorders open on Amazon and other retailers. Release is currently scheduled for late November / early December.
What made you write this?
After years of over-performing in high-pressure environments, I realized recovery wasn’t about slowing down, it was about telling the truth. I realized I was never going to recover while attached to my old life, so I had to set it free. Writing Burnout Your Burnout was my way of mapping that truth so others could find their way out too. I quit what I didn’t believe in, and that made room to write what I do believe in.
